Expedited Orders: UPS expedited orders are delivered Monday through Friday only, while USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. No deliveries occur on Sundays.

Loss Reporting: If your order is lost during transit, please report the issue to the carrier within the specified timeframe to initiate an investigation and resolution.

8. DOT Restrictions on Air Shipping
Restricted Items: Certain items cannot be shipped by air due to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Orders containing these items will be shipped via ground transport.
