Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy
At TalasBeauty.com, we are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

General Return Policy
Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, paperwork, manuals, and accessories. Products must be unopened, unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged to qualify for a return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email talasbeautysupply@gmail.com. Once your return is received, please allow 3 to 10 business days for inspection.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable delivery method.
Condition of Returned Items: If returned items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or ship the item back to you at your expense.

Restocking Fee
Returned items will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the product(s) upon return.

Original Shipping Costs
If your original order qualified for free or promotional shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Refunds
Original shipping fees will only be refunded if the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date and must include a photo as evidence. Claims may take 1 to 8 business days to be processed.

Return Credit
After the returned items pass inspection, the return credit will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Refused Packages / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return to Sender)
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is refused, you may have the package reshipped by paying the additional shipping fees.
If you choose not to reship, your order will be treated as a regular return, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For in-store pickup orders, any items not picked up within 7 days will be treated as a refused/undeliverable package. The order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.


Ineligible Items for Return
The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Clearance, Special Sale, or Promotional items
  • Special Order items
  • Fashion jewelry and cosmetics (Final Sale)
  • Any items that have been opened, used, tried on, altered, or damaged by the customer, or that are missing pieces or packaging materials.
